With his insight into the Malaysian consumer’s behavior and spending patterns, he is a marketing strategist. His regional experience includes Greater China and South East Asian’s market.

Mr. Chong Tze Voon joined J&C Pacific as the Chief Executive Officer and by 2002, he has become the Director of J & C Pacific Sdn Bhd. He has spearheaded J&C into the telecommunications industry upon obtaining the Applications Service Provider license from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commissions.
